Short answer: yes, we ship refurbished Jura machines anywhere in Australia. Every machine is rebuilt in our Melbourne workshop – new brew unit, every seal renewed, pumps and valves pressure tested, run with real coffee – then packed by us and sent insured with signature on delivery for a flat $50 ($80 for GIGA models). You see photos and a video of your actual machine before it leaves, it carries a 12-month warranty with freight both ways covered on accepted claims, and metro deliveries usually take 2–5 business days.

What arrives at your door
- The machine, packed in our own packaging to survive a courier, insured, with signature on delivery.
- Fresh internals: brew unit replaced, seals and O-rings renewed, steam assembly refitted, pumps resealed and pressure tested, grinder recalibrated, boilers descaled, water circuit flushed. The full standard is on our process page.
- A used exterior, disclosed in the photos we sent you – marks, scuffs and wear included. We do not sell these as new and do not describe them that way.
- Possibly a few coffee grounds in the hopper channel, because the machine was tested with real coffee before sign-off.
- Our 12-month warranty on the rebuilt internals, on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights.

If it arrives damaged
Check the box and machine on arrival. If there is damage, send us photos of both straight away and we handle the freight claim – you are not left chasing a courier. Every machine goes out insured.
Warranty from interstate
The 12-month warranty covers the rebuilt internals: brew unit, pumps, boiler, ceramic valve, sensors, grinder, seals and water circuit. It does not cover the external milk frother or externals such as the drip tray, water tank and covers. If a claim is accepted we pay freight both ways and repair it here; if a machine comes back with a fault that is not covered – usually a machine that has not been cleaned or descaled – the customer pays inspection, freight and repair. Returns from interstate
14 days to change your mind. You pay the return freight, the original delivery charge is not refunded, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Faulty machines are handled under the warranty instead, at our cost.
Trade-in from anywhere
The $200 trade-in on any Jura, Breville or DeLonghi automatic applies interstate too; call before you buy and we will arrange it – the trade-in offer.
