How much does a refurbished Jura cost? Price tiers explained
Short answer: at the time of writing, a refurbished Jura from our Melbourne workshop costs from $449 for a compact ENA Micro A1 to about $2,650 for an office GIGA. The models most people buy sit in the middle: the ENA 8 around $949, the E8 around $1,049, the S8 around $1,495, the Z8 around $1,549 and the Z10 around $2,549. That is 40–75% under the new RRP, and it includes a rebuilt machine with a new brew unit, a 12-month warranty and photos of the actual unit before it ships. Prices move with stock and sales, so check the product page for today’s figure.
- Entry tier $449–695: ENA Micro A1, Impressa Z5, Impressa C9 – older or compact machines, fully rebuilt.
- Mid tier $949–1,049: ENA 8 and E8 – the one-touch milk machines most households want.
- Upper tier $1,495–2,549: S8, Z8 and Z10 – touchscreens, cold brew, the best milk.
- Office tier $2,549–2,649: GIGA 5 and GIGA X7 – two grinders, office-level volume.
- Freight is $50 on top ($80 GIGA), or free pickup in Melbourne. Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4 up to $2,000. $200 trade-in on your old machine.
Every tier, with what you get
| Tier | Models | Refurbished (Sept 2026) | New RRP | What the tier buys |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | ENA Micro A1, Impressa Z5, Impressa C9 | $449–695 | $795–2,100 | Swiss espresso and long blacks; simple or manual milk; older electronics |
| Mid | ENA 8, E8 | $949–1,049 | $1,595–2,700 | One-touch flat whites and lattes, pulsed extraction, current-generation grinders |
| Upper | S8, Z8, Z10 | $1,495–2,549 | $3,300–4,850 | Touchscreens, saved drinks, cold brew on the Z10, larger tanks, Jura’s best milk |
| Office | GIGA 5, GIGA X7 | $2,549–2,649 | $10,000–11,000 | Two grinders, two drinks at once, 100+ cups a day |
What sets the price
- The model’s tier. A Z10 costs more than an E8 refurbished for the same reason it does new: cold brew, a faster grinder, a bigger tank, better milk.
- Age and generation. An older Impressa is cheaper than a current E-series even when both have new brew units – the electronics and grinders are a generation older.
- What we paid for it. Most of our stock comes in as trade-ins, which is why the prices sit where they do.
- Stock. Many machines are one-of-one. When a popular model is scarce the price firms; when we have several, it softens.
- Not the cup counter or the year of manufacture. A rebuilt machine’s condition is set by the rebuild, not the counter, which is why we do not lead with either.
What is included at every price
The same rebuild whether it is a $449 ENA Micro or a $2,649 GIGA: brew unit replaced, every seal and O-ring renewed, steam assembly refitted, pumps resealed and pressure tested, sensors and ceramic valve tested, grinder recalibrated, boilers descaled, water circuit flushed, then a run with real coffee. Plus the 12-month warranty on those internals, photos and a video of the actual machine before dispatch, and the technicians who did the work at the end of the phone. Detail on our process page.

How to spend less
- Buy the tier you need, not the one above it. Black-coffee drinkers do not need one-touch milk; a household does not need a GIGA.
- Trade in your old automatic – any Jura, Breville or DeLonghi, working or not – for $200 off: the trade-in offer.
- Pick up from Point Cook and save the freight.
- Use Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4 on anything up to $2,000 rather than waiting.
