Our expert technicians then proceed with cleaning and descaling to remove mineral buildup, checking and adjusting coffee quality settings, and inspecting for leak tightness and overall cleanliness. We examine and replace wear parts as needed, ensure the flowmeter and brewing unit are functioning correctly, and perform precise grinder maintenance. Additionally, we address any failures by repairing or replacing defective components with genuine parts, and we meticulously clean the coffee spout and milk system to maintain hygiene. We provide a full comprehensive service that is guaranteed to keep your machine running well and producing great coffee.

 

At Chameleon Coffee, we specialize in servicing a wide range of coffee machines to cater to all your brewing needs. From traditional manual espresso machines to advanced super-automatic models, we ensure each machine receives the care and maintenance it deserves.

As we want to ensure your machine has everything running to the best quality and we often have many machines to service, the average turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. We take our time to meticulously inspect, clean, and repair each machine to the highest standards. This includes thorough diagnostic checks, deep cleaning and descaling, and the careful inspection and replacement of wear parts to ensure reliability and longevity. We also calibrate settings for optimal coffee quality, test the machine with multiple brews to confirm consistent performance, and use genuine parts for any necessary replacements.

We understand that you may need your machine back sooner. For an additional fee, we can arrange an urgent turnaround time to prioritize your repair and get your machine back to you as quickly as possible without compromising on our meticulous quality standards. We are available from 9am to 6:30pm every day but we request that you ring ahead to book in a drop off as we may not always be present.
