Coffee bean subscription in Australia: how the Roasters Club works
Short answer: pick your beans, grind and bag size, choose how often you want them, and they arrive automatically at 15% off every order. There is no lock-in – change beans, skip a delivery or cancel from your account. Beans are roasted in Melbourne and shipped Australia-wide, and orders over $60 ship free.

How it works
- Choose your coffee. Any bean in the range: a single origin, an espresso blend, or a mix across the order.
- Choose grind and size. Whole bean for machines with a grinder; ground to order for plunger, stovetop or filter. 250g, 500g or 1kg bags.
- Choose frequency. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly – match it to how fast you get through a bag (see the table below).
- Done. Each order is roasted, packed and posted on schedule at 15% off. You get an email before it ships, so you can swap beans or skip if you are away.
How much coffee should you subscribe to?
Most machines use 7 to 12 grams per cup, so a rough rule is that one coffee a day gets through 250g in about a month. Work off the table and round up – running out early is the whole thing you are trying to avoid.

Why subscribe rather than reorder?
Three reasons, in order of how much they matter. Freshness: a subscription means you are always drinking coffee roasted recently, instead of stocking up on a big bag that goes stale. Cost: 15% off every order is the best price we offer on beans. Convenience: you stop running out on a Sunday morning. The subscription exists because it is the way we would want to buy coffee ourselves.
Who it suits

- Home offices and small businesses that would otherwise send someone to the supermarket.
- Gifts. A three-month subscription for someone who just bought a machine is a good present.
Managing your subscription
Everything runs from your account on our store: change beans or grind before the next order, move the date, skip a delivery while you are away, or cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If you are not sure which beans to start with, pick an espresso blend for milk drinks or Colombia Supremo for black coffee, and change it next month.
